    We offer shipping services within the United States (including the contiguous 48 states) and also support international shipping to select countries and regions. Our international shipping coverage is subject to periodic adjustments based on logistics policies and the regulations of destination countries; please refer to the checkout page for the most up-to-date details.
  2. Order Processing Time
    All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). During promotional periods or peak seasons, processing times may experience slight delays.
  3. Logistics and Shipping Partners
    To ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your orders, we partner with the following logistics service providers:

UPS (Domestic U.S. and select international services)

  1. Shipping Fees and Duties

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the order’s weight, volume, and destination.
International orders may incur customs duties, VAT, or other import fees; these charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid in accordance with local regulations.

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to check the real-time shipping status on the respective carrier’s official website.
  2. Delivery Responsibility and Issue Resolution
    Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete delivery information. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or the absence of a recipient to sign for the package, the customer assumes full responsibility for any associated liabilities and additional costs. If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately; we will assist you in filing a claim and resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
  3. Customs and Restrictions
    International orders are subject to the import regulations and restrictions of the destination country. Should a package be delayed, detained, or returned due to customs policies, we will assist in facilitating communication; however, we shall not be held liable for any direct losses resulting therefrom.

    In the event that transportation is delayed due to natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, or other force majeure events, we will make every effort to coordinate and resolve the situation, but we shall not be held liable for any delays incurred.
